Proposal to the National Assembly to oust the weak Government

On the afternoon of 29.5.2016, Nguyen Anh Tuan (pharmacist) and Mr. Dang Vu Luong (IT specialist), a member of the Green Trees group, arrived in the area of Hoan Kiem lake to express their views and their attitude in the matter of dead fish in the coastal areas of the four central provinces.
